Mark Dunsmuir (CEO)

Mark is passionate about working with clients to build up their businesses successfully so that they are not 100% reliant on the owner and finds satisfaction in working with business owners that strive towards continuous improvement.

He has the knowledge and experience to help solve your business challenges whether it be corporate governance, organisational structure, strategic planning and structuring as well as offering in-depth business coaching services.


Paul Pratt

Paul enjoys working with business owners and high net worth families, helping them achieve their personal, financial and business goals.

Paul takes the time to understand his clients and their personal and business needs, using the latest technology (like Xero) and an easy to understand, matter of fact approach, to deal with pretty much anything that comes up.

Stuart enjoys helping business owners achieve a higher level of financial awareness over their business and working with them in putting together annual plans to map out how they achieve their business and personal goals.

As a business adviser, Stephanie believes in bringing things back to the personal level and working with clients to ensure their business exists to serve them and not the other way around.

Stephanie is also licensed to provide superannuation advice and runs our Self-Managed Superannuation Team.

In addition, Stephanie has the role of Marketing Leader of our business, working to put high quality, informative and timely communications out to our client base to keep them in the loop.

Rachel Bransgrove

Accountant - Bachelor of Business (Accounting)

Rachel is currently working towards getting her Chartered Accountant accreditation. She specialises in the preparation of tax returns, activity statements and financial reporting for small to medium businesses as well as being  Xero certified and an advocate for cloud accounting software.

Rachel is passionate about clients being able to have a good work-life balance and believes efficiencies can be created in bookkeeping and compliance so you can spend time doing what’s important to you.

Nicole seeks to work closely with clients, as she values the importance of strong, professional relationships, believing that this is fundamental to understanding and supporting the unique and individual needs of each business.

Eliza is currently at Monash University studying a double degree of Bachelor of Accounting Specialist and Bachelor of Business majoring in Banking & Finance.

Eliza joined our team at the end of 2018 as a cadet in order to become more knowledgeable and experienced in the industry whilst also studying towards being a fully qualified accountant.

While leading the Bookkeeping Department, Danielle also has extensive and specialist knowledge in Xero and Receipt Bank while being Xero Certified. Danielle strives to help her clients by taking the pressure off. She assists in all their bookkeeping needs along with continuously providing training on how to use Xero and Receipt Bank to their fullest potential.

Ijay assists in Pursuit Advisers Marketing Sector. She prides herself on knowing how to identify with a client, to get a better understanding of their needs. She is passionate about working as a team to come up with creative solutions on ways to deliver results.

Kisha is an accounting graduate and a Xero Certified advisor. She provides office support including customer and employee support, by assisting senior staff with work as directed. She is enthusiastic about learning new knowledge to gain and further develop her understanding of the industry.

Administration Leader & HR Officer - Bachelor of Business (Human Resources and Management)

As the Administration Leader of Pursuit Advisers, Megan and the Administration team thrives in delivering high quality services whilst meeting client expectations.

Since completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Management and Human Resources (HR), Megan also provides support within the HR department at Pursuit Advisers, contributing to the integral internal operation of HR.

Compliance Workflow Coordinator

Dani is the Compliance Workflow Coordinator, managing the tax compliance work for the Pursuit Advisers office. She provides high-quality ongoing service to prospective, new and existing clients, with a priority to make clients happy by utilising her strong communication and organisational skills allowing her to enhance the overall client experience.

Crystal is an integral part of the Client Relations team. As well as providing support to the Self-managed Super Fund Department, Business Advisers, Senior Advisers and Accountants she also ensures all client’s needs are met, focusing intently on providing prompt and friendly service.

Grace works alongside our Advisers and Client Services team, liaising directly with the Australian Taxation Office, Australian Business Register and ASIC to ensure our clients reach their financial and lifestyle goals.

The Position
You will be an integral part of our client relationships team, delivering quality administrative and client support with the following responsibilities:

- Reception coverage and Front of House duties;
- General Administration and calendar management;
- Assistant to Senior Adviser
- Workflow Management;
- Liaising with Clients, the ATO and ASIC; and
- Providing Company Secretarial Support;

The successful applicant will be required to complete a Traineeship for which further information will be advised as appropriate.
